TND Professional Development Services

Great news! TND will be offering a variety of services online for agency staff development, administration & training to include custom promotional exam development which individual staff members began providing to local agencies in 1999. This page will soon contain a sample selection of exam formats, questions and scaled answers of items previously used in actual promotional exams for positions in both corrections and law enforcement ranging from Corporal to Sergeant and Lieutenant. These samples were created based specifically and directly upon the requesting agency policy and procedure and administered by the TND staff on-site. Options for this service will include standard general exams available by email or download to verified agencies, customized agency exams administered by the agency, itself, or customized exams administered by TND staff.
